4.1. Reservations for events and birthday parties must be made in advance.
4.2. Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur fees.
5. Pricing and Payments
5.1. Entry fees are displayed at the reception and on our website.
5.2. Payments can be made in cash, by credit card, or by bank transfer.
6. Safety and Behavior
6.1. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
